29th Holiday Home Tour at Flamingo Park and sunshine park

 Now in its 29th year, this festive holiday tradition will feature an exciting addition: a first-time partnership with neighboring historic Sunshine Park, offering guests an expanded opportunity to experience the charm, character and holiday spirit of two of West Palm Beach's treasured historic neighborhoods.

Guests will enjoy savory bites, festive refreshments and holiday cheer at stops along the tour, with culinary offerings from local restaurants and purveyors while touring nine historic homes.

Ticket prices are $75 per person in advance and $90 per person at the gate/day of the event via cash, check, or credit card.

Free parking is available in Sunshine Park in the lot at 2420 Florida Avenue (between Sunset Rd and Westwood Rd), as well as in available parking spaces throughout both neighborhoods. Complimentary Rose Trolleys will provide transportation from the lot to various stops along the tour.

Our  tour is for guests ages 21 and over. No exceptions. 

We  take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety. Nevertheless, our  homes, gardens and streets have uneven surfaces or steps in funny  places. Some homes also feature pools. Please watch your step everywhere. Our  homeowners, the Flamingo Park Neighborhood Association, volunteers or  vendors cannot be held liable for any injuries or losses to individuals  or their possessions.

This Flamingo Park Neighborhood Association event will take place RAIN OR SHINE. NO REFUNDS.

 NO PETS PERMITTED. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.
