Since 1990, the Flamingo Park Neighborhood Association has awarded the avian icon
(mostly) monthly. It comes with a heaping helping of FPNA’s appreciation for ongoing
maintenance of “curb appeal,” or for the recent rejuvenation of a home’s outside appearance.
Winners receive a $25 gift certificate from
Serenity Garden Tea House.
